1. Workshop layout and environment

Clean environment: Since the manufacturing of touch screens has strict requirements on dust, static electricity, etc., the workshop will maintain a high degree of cleanliness. There may be clean rooms or dust-free workshops, and the temperature and humidity of the workshop will be strictly controlled to avoid pollution and ensure product quality.

Temperature and humidity control: The workshop will be equipped with constant temperature and humidity equipment to maintain a suitable production environment and prevent moisture in the air from affecting the reliability of electronic components.

Lighting and ventilation: The lighting in the workshop is usually high-brightness, flicker-free lighting to ensure that workers can clearly see the production details. At the same time, there is a good ventilation system in the workshop to reduce the accumulation of harmful gases.

2. Finished products and packaging

Finished product inspection: All finished touch screens need to undergo final quality inspection to ensure that there are no defects.

Packaging: Touch screens that have passed the inspection will be packaged in anti-static bags to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation. The packaging workshop usually has a special assembly line for product sorting and packaging, and the packaging will be attached with detailed product information and protective labels.

3. Logistics and warehousing

Raw material supply: There is a raw material warehouse in the workshop for storing materials such as glass, film, and electronic components required for touch screen production. The materials are delivered to the production line through an automated conveying system or manual handling.

Finished product warehousing: After production, the touch screen will be stored in the finished product warehouse after quality inspection and awaiting shipment.
